THE FRIENDS OF THE DOON SOCIETY
The principal objectives of FODS are to:
- “Protect, cherish and enrich the natural environment of the Doon Valley”
- To support activities and undertake specific projects relating to conservation and protection of the eco-system through education, diffusion of knowledge and provide alternate livelihood options for the marginalised.
- Continuous interaction and engagement with authorities and citizens for eco-friendly policies and practices within the Doon Valley.
